Frame profile, number of chambers, glass type, security rating (RC), colour. If it isn't defined yet, we help finalise the spec based on the project.
Project timeline
Tell us the date you need the windows installed by, not just "as soon as possible". We fit manufacturing and installation into the real construction schedule.
Invoicing details
Company NIF (Portuguese tax number) and address, so the invoice is correct from the quote stage, no back-and-forth over paperwork once the job is closed.

Questions we get from project managers
We always give you the real manufacturing timeline (typically 2-4 weeks after the spec is confirmed) and the installation date, in writing, before you commit. We'd rather give an honest timeline we can meet than an optimistic promise that delays the next trade on site.
Yes. Ask for the invoice to be issued to the company or the project owner, with the correct NIF (Portuguese tax number) from the initial quote. It avoids rework in the accounts afterwards.
Yes, it's the most efficient format for us too: it avoids back-and-forth confirming measurements one by one. If the project doesn't have final measurements yet, we do the on-site survey before locking in manufacturing.
We agree the installation window directly with you or the site foreman, to avoid clashing with other crews (plastering, painting). Installation itself is usually completed in one day per unit or flat.
The per-unit price tends to improve with volume. Send the window schedule and we'll give you one figure for the whole project, not an isolated unit price.
That happens often on site. We'll flag immediately if a change affects the timeline already agreed, so you can manage that with the rest of the team ahead of time, not at the last minute.
