JanelaFix was born out of a well-known problem in the Portuguese window market: "from" quotes that double at the visit, installation subcontracted to whoever is cheapest that week, and warranties that die when the salesperson changes company.
We operate under Regular & Integral, Lda (NIF 515 988 561, the Portuguese tax number), the same group behind VentoFix (climate control) and ApartFix (renovations), specialists in home maintenance in Portugal.

Yes. The brands are operated by the same legal entity, Regular & Integral, Lda (NIF 515 988 561) — each specialised in a different trade: HVAC, renovations, drainage and, in our case, window frames.
Our own team, from measuring to fitting. The person who measures your openings on the technical visit is the one who coordinates the installation — we do not sell the job on to third parties.
We prefer to give you facts you can verify independently — NIF, address, commercial registry, completed jobs — over marketing photos. You meet the person handling your job at the technical visit.

A written warranty covering materials and installation, with the terms per component stated in the quote itself — not in small print in a separate contract.
