Your old home is costing you comfort
Old windows are, almost always, the source of the cold, the damp and the noise.
Cold the house won’t let go of
Heat escapes through old glass and frames. The heating runs all day and the bill only goes up.
Condensation and mould every winter
Water running down the glass every morning and black mould on the bedroom frame.
Street noise, inside your home
Traffic from the avenue keeps you from sleeping or working in peace.
Windows that no longer seal or lock
Draughts everywhere, and sashes you have to force shut.
Homes like yours, already sorted out
Typical situations from people who’ve replaced their old windows with us.
Water ran down the inside of the glass every winter morning, and I already had black mould on the bedroom frame. The flat never warmed up, and the bill kept climbing.
PVC with double Low-E glazing. Condensation is gone, the flat heats up fast, and the winter bill came down.
Talk on WhatsAppTraffic noise made it impossible to sleep or focus on video calls. One important meeting was interrupted by the noise from the street.
PVC with asymmetric acoustic glass. The traffic from the avenue now stays outside, day and night.
Talk on WhatsAppThe windows won’t close properly anymore, and cold air gets in everywhere. We were worried about paying a deposit and the company disappearing.
Our own team, real address and warranty in writing. Fitted in a day, no dust and no surprises.
Talk on WhatsAppWe wanted efficient windows, but ones that actually looked good. We didn’t want that basic white PVC look.
Anthracite-grey PVC, slim lines and an efficient Uw value. It looks good and stays warm, within the renovation budget.
Talk on WhatsAppWhat your windows are actually made of
Three components decide whether a window insulates and lasts, or yellows and sticks. We show you what we use, by name.
Multi-chamber PVC profile, class A
More air chambers insulate better. Class-A wall thickness is what keeps the profile from warping or yellowing in the sun, unlike cheap profile.
Multi-point locking hardware
Pulls the sash against the frame at several points: seals better and makes forced entry harder. It’s the part that moves most, so it needs to be branded.
Double or triple glazing, matched to your home
Low-E for the cold, asymmetric for the noise, triple for maximum performance. The argon-filled gap between panes is what stops the heat loss.
Live on a busy street? The noise stays outside
PVC seals better than aluminium. With asymmetric acoustic glass, traffic from the avenue stays outside, day and night.
We measure the reduction in Rw (decibels): every 10 dB less cuts perceived noise roughly in half. We give you a realistic gain for your street, no empty promises.
Rw = weighted sound reduction index. Indicative values; the real gain depends on the window, the glass and the façade.
PVC or aluminium? The short answer
We install both and tell you, honestly, which one suits your home, without pushing the more expensive option.
For most homes
Better insulation per euro spent: more thermal comfort, less noise and a lower bill. It’s what we install here.

Slim, rigid profile for sliding doors and large openings, with thermal break. Worth it when the opening size or the look matters.

Four steps, no complications
The questions everyone asks
New windows seal much better, so humid air no longer escapes through gaps. The fix is ventilation: we fit self-regulating trickle vents that keep the air healthy without losing the insulation you gained.
We use certified profiles (Veka, Rehau, Kömmerling) and reputable hardware, with careful fitting and a warranty on both materials and installation. That’s what prevents yellowing, warping and windows that stick.
Measurements, opening type and direction, profile and glass, along with technical data sheets (Uw value, CE marking). Be wary of unusually low prices and requests for a large deposit.
Most homes are finished in half a day. With an existing sub-frame, each window takes 2-4 hours, no building work or dust.
For heavy urban noise (avenues, busy roads) we recommend asymmetric acoustic glass. We indicate the expected gain based on your actual street.
Yes. Modern PVC is UV-stabilised and doesn’t deform in Portuguese summer temperatures. With solar-control glass it also reduces the heat that gets in, keeping the home cooler without losing winter insulation.
Typically €2,500-€4,500, depending on the number of windows, the glass and site access. Per m² installed, it runs around €180-€235.
